The Aurora Arabian Horse Association supports the Arabian Horse community by organizing competitive horse shows, educational clinics and special events that focus on the diversity, athleticism and beauty of the breed. Aurora works to promote the disciplines of Dressage, Jumping, Hunt Seat, Saddle Seat, Sport Horse, Western, Reining, Trail and Ranch Riding.
The Aurora Board of Directors meet monthly at open meetings to discuss the business of the Aurora Horse Association and encourages all of its members to attend meetings and participate by bringing energy and ideas to the table.

CAHA has a proud tradition in breed promotion participating in the Calgary Stampede Parade, Horse Haven at the Calgary Stampede, Airdrie Days Parade, Cochrane Agricultural Days and the Red Deer Mane Event.

Our club is a small but determined group of Arabian riders and promoters. Our main focus is our annual show. We run a three day show on the long weekend in May. We offer Arabian/Part Arabian, Morgan,Saddlebred & Allbreed Classes. New in 2025 we are offering Adult Walk/Trot Classes as well as Junior Walk/Trot Classes

Established almost 40 years ago, AAHABC hosts 2 or 3 shows every year to promote the Arabian and Half-Arabian horses in our community. Showing at the world-class Thunderbird Show Park in Langley, BC, we offer a full slate of classes from dressage and sport horse to native costume and everything in between. In addition to the AHA recognized classes, the youth group organizes fun classes for all participants.
Beyond the show ring, there are clinics with renowned trainers from various disciplines and group activities that anyone can get involved in. Locally, we have several Discovery Farms who would love to show off their beautiful and talented Arabian horses.
