For clarification, the 56 Pulse Down requirement is only for the LD/LD Challenge Rides.
We have added the Performance Shagya-Arabian Registry, the American Morgan Horse Association, and the Akhal-Teke Association of America to the Distance Horse National Championships. These organization will be joining AHA and the returning partners, the Appaloosa Horse Club and Paso Fino Horse Association in 2018!
Don’t forget along with our many National Championship Rides we also offer an Open AHA recognized Competitive Trail Ride and several Open Limited Distance, 50 Mile, and 100 Mile rides. This year all endurance Open Rides will be sanctioned by the Arabian Horse Association (AHA), the American Endurance Ride Conference (AERC), the Southeast Endurance Ride Association (SERA), the Ohio Arabian & All Breed Trail Riding Society (OAATS) and the South East Distance Riders Association (SEDRA.) The Distance Horse National Championships have also added the LD Challenge to the event which is for the same rider/horse combination entered in the all three Open Limited Distance Rides; rules and the point schedule can be found under the Exhibitor information tab. Remember that all Open Rides are open to all breeds and require no qualifications or memberships. See you in Indiana!
