Program Updates:
2024 SWEEPSTAKES CLASSES AT YOUTH/MID-SUMMER NATIONALS
The Arabian and Half-Arabian/Anglo-Arabian Ranch Horse Rail AATR and Ranching Riding AATR classes for the Youth/Mid-Summer Nationals have been changed. These classes will now be held as:
- Arabian Ranch Horse Rail AAOTR
- HA/AA Ranch Horse Rail AAOTR
- Arabian Ranch Riding AAOTR
- HA/AA Ranch Riding AAOTR
DEFERRED BILLING AGREEMENTS
As per the Deferred Billing Agreement, if payment is not received within 60 days of billing date, AHA will call on the note and the total outstanding balance of the Deferred Billing Agreement(s) must be paid. The member will be notified in writing of the total amount due for the outstanding Deferred Billing Agreement(s) and will be given a period of 2 (two) weeks to pay the balance in full. If the outstanding balance is not paid in full by the given date in the notification, the entry(ies) will be dropped from the program and all monies paid will be forfeited. Hereby, the applicant(s) is not entitled to submit another Sweepstakes entry on a Deferred Billing Agreement for 5 (five) years.”
Every fourth Breeding Entry enrolled in the same year by the same owner may be enrolled at one half price. The discount applies to each submission of at least four entries submitted at the same time.
